Certain elements of this website (and the online fundraising tool) use web programming elements that trigger some Microsoft Windows security application safeguards. We are aware of this problem and are working on ways to correct this.
However, we've developed some suggestions for our walkers/users to help them get around the immediate issues.
On your page you will notice that you have three, visible pink outlined tabs, and then words across the top. If you do not see the sponsor tab, then move to the next step.
If you are aware of anti-virus or pop-up blocking software running on your computer...try temporarily disabling those applications and then trying to access your page and sponsor forms.
Secondly (if that doesn't work) try to access the forms from another web browser on your PC. We recommend either Internet Explorer or Netscape. Avoid using AOL as there are incompatibilities with our system and AOL at this time.
Next (if the last step doesn't work) try to access your page and forms from another PC that you have access to. Also, you may want to check with your ISP to see if they have any sort of blocking that occurs between your PC and the gateway to the Internet at large.
Lastly, if all of those suggestions have failed, then please contact us and we will a.) work with you to try and get you access to your forms and b.) barring that we'll send you a copy of your form electronically.
